Terms and Conditions of Service:

1. The customer understands the terms and conditions set out by Global Pest Management Pty Ltd. (trading as Global Pest Control Services). This agreement is solely between the customer and Global Pest Management Pty Ltd.

2. Global Pest Management Pty Ltd. guarantees to treat any continuing infestation of the treated pests one more time for a fee of $33 for units and $55 for houses. If we register the BIG INFESTATION in the treated area, the Call Back fee will be $55 for units and $77 for houses.

3. Treatment and or Service implies that we will reduce the number of pests in the Serviced areas. We cannot guarantee that we will get rid of all treated pests for the specified period stated in the Service period.

4. The company does not give any guarantee on the following pests: rats, spiders, fleas, ants,  termites and bird mites.

5. When 12 months Service is given to shops, offices and factories, we only just guarantee that we will inspect and treat up to four times for the agreed price, if the customer feels that it is necessary to call us.

6. Please note that with the HOME SERVICE we treat the kitchen, laundry, toilet, roof voids, wall cavities, subfloor, garage and perimeter of houses only.
